Developed by Saurus Loading Systems, this ramp is specifically designed for the safe and rapid loading of vehicles such as cars, minibuses, and light commercial vehicles onto train wagons.
The Saurus Railway Vehicle Loading Ramp features a hydraulic cylinder lifting system for raising/lowering and a hydraulic locking mechanism for maximum stability. Thanks to the hydraulic flap at the front of the ramp, the height difference between the train wagon and the ramp is easily adjustable. It is manufactured to meet all international standard requirements.
The Saurus railway vehicle loading ramp is specifically designed to be compatible with the S49 railway profile.
Main Components:
Entry Ramp: A fixed ramp that provides a transition from the ground to the main platform. Made of high-strength steel and covered with a galvanized grating surface.
Main Platform: Manufactured from high-strength steel, this platform moves up and down and is equipped with a secure locking system.
Hydraulic System: Comprised of a motor, pump, and cylinder system that powers the platform’s movement.
Control Panel: A command system that allows the operator to manage the platform.
Flap: The bridging component that ensures the connection between the train wagon and the platform.
Lower Chassis: The foundation unit that carries all components and is fixed to the S49 railway rail.
The platform height is adjusted via the expansion or contraction of hydraulic cylinders. The system is engineered to provide maximum safety and stability.
